Interpersonal Skills LAB: Pilot Impuls also trains with the "LAB"

Interpersonal Skills LAB: Pilot Impuls also trains with the "LAB", Philippe Ammann has been using it successfully as a trainer at Swiss Air Lines / Lufthansa Aviation Training for more than 10 years.

As a supervisor, he has reached the highest level of trainer and can apply his experience in a variety of training situations in a targeted manner to customer needs. Depending on the focus, specific priorities (e.g. communicating clearly in a team, setting priorities in a timely manner, implementing strategies to reduce stress, etc.) can be trained.

Why do pilots, flight attendants, air traffic controllers, firefighters, medical and rescue personnel train with it? -> because it is perfect for team training to make teams stress-resistant, agile and efficient!

Pilot Impuls would like to invite you to a free trial training session!

Contact us - we will be happy to show you the possibilities of the "LAB" for your team development.

The second half of the year started with a mega-exciting virtual Spacelounge. In this online format, licensed trainers and companies meet about once a month to exchange valuable experiences on #interpersonalSkillsLAB. The topic on 17.08.2021 was "Areas of application & practice transfer".

Philippe Ammann(www.pilotimpuls.ch) showed on the topic of "Distraction" how easily participants can be distracted or disturbed by voluntary additional tasks during a mission. In short video examples, different participant behaviors were shown and what a great challenge and disturbance the additional tasks - clearly declared as voluntary - caused for some teams. The missions shown thus created an even greater basis for reflection and new anchor points for the transfer of learning.

A BIG THANK YOU to Philippe Ammann and Jürgen Hampe for your interesting contributions and the technical discussions they triggered.
